3. Based on the information provided and using a specialized technology designed to generate balanced recipes approved by multiple veterinarians, we will offer you personalized meal options.

4. You choose the recipe that best suits you, and we will prepare a test batch for your dog to try.

5. If the recipe is well-tolerated and enjoyed, we can then prepare larger portions, up to a maximum of 3 weeks' worth of meals.

6. Each new order is an opportunity to re-evaluate your dog’s needs and adjust the recipe if needed.

Important Note: For safety reasons, our team reserves the right to refuse the preparation of a meal if your dog’s health condition requires specific nutritional or medical attention.

All our recipes are cooked to the recommended temperature to ensure food safety and ingredient quality.

Meals can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
